Discover shadow theater

Shadow theater is a good tool to stimulate receptivity, expressiveness and creativity, since it combines different expressive languages: corporal, dramatic, literary, plastic or musical.

The objective of this proposal is, precisely, that the participants discover the diverse expressive and communicative possibilities of this scenic discipline.

1st part. Discovering shadows

Simple games of experimentation are carried out with the body itself and different objects to facilitate the discovery of some of the main characteristics of shadows: opacity, transparency, large, small, contour, profile and depth.

2nd part. We make shadow theater

With some puppets (silhouettes) made for the occasion, we will play to stage the story of your choice (The Three Little Pigs, The Boastful Little Rat or Little Red Riding Hood) putting into practice everything we have learned.
